Eligibility:
- BDS Degree Certificate
- MDS Degree Certificate
- Internship completion certificate of BDS
- Date of Birth Certificate
- Domicile Proof (UT of J&K)
- Aadhaar Card & Pan Card (Mandatory as per Dental Council of India (DCI))
- Valid Dental Council Registration Certificate with updated renewal
- Passport size photograph
