JKBOSE Notification: Submission of Offline Inter School Migration and Eligibility Forms for Academic Session 2024-25
The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released a notification regarding the submission of offline Inter School Migration and Eligibility Forms for the academic session 2024-25. This applies to candidates seeking fresh admission in private high and higher secondary schools approved by the Affiliation Committee.
Important Dates and Fee Details
Category I: Inter School Migration (within JKBOSE affiliated schools)
Submission of Migration Form
Normal Fee: Rs. 410
Late Fee Schedule:
Rs. 75 for the first count of 10 days after the normal fee duration.
Rs. 85 for the second count of 10 days after the normal fee duration.
Rs. 100 for the third count of 10 days after the normal fee duration.
Submission Dates:
5th August 2024 to 19th August 2024 (Normal Fee)
20th August 2024 to 29th August 2024 (With Late Fee of Rs. 75)
30th August 2024 to 9th September 2024 (With Late Fee of Rs. 85)
10th September 2024 to 19th September 2024 (With Late Fee of Rs. 100)

Category II: Eligibility in case of migration from other recognized Boards to JKBOSE
Submission of Application for Eligibility cum Registration
Normal Fee: Rs. 1280 (Eligibility Fee of Rs. 640 + Registration Fee of Rs. 640)
Late Fee Schedule:
Rs. 75 for the first count of 10 days after the normal fee duration.
Rs. 85 for the second count of 10 days after the normal fee duration.
Rs. 100 for the third count of 10 days after the normal fee duration.
Submission Dates:
5th August 2024 to 19th August 2024 (Normal Fee)
20th August 2024 to 29th August 2024 (With Late Fee of Rs. 75)
30th August 2024 to 9th September 2024 (With Late Fee of Rs. 85)
10th September 2024 to 19th September 2024 (With Late Fee of Rs. 100)

Notes:
Physical verification of documents starts from 5th August 2024.
If the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date.
Heads of institutions must ensure that students changing their subjects in Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) pass the same subject in Higher Secondary Part-I (Class 11th) to avoid withholding of results.
