The role is associated with a project titled “Identifying current and future GLOF risk over contrasting topographic and climatic zones of Indian Himalaya using earth observation data and modeling,” sanctioned by the Ministry of Sciences (MoES). The project is led by Dr. Irfan Rashid, Senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Geoinformatics.

– Essential Qualification: B.Sc.
– Desirable: M.Sc. in Geoinformatics and work experience in cryosphere-related fieldwork.
