Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education Issues Circular for Internal/External Assessment of Private Candidates
The Jammu & Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE), based in Rehari Colony, Jammu, has released a crucial circular concerning the internal and external assessment of private candidates enrolled in the 10th, 11th, and 12th classes for the Bi-Annual 2024 session in the Jammu Division.
In alignment with Notification No. F (Secrecy I/II/III-Noti. Int/Ext.)B/JD/24 dated August 23, 2024, JKBOSE has directed all heads of government and private higher secondary schools affiliated with the Board in the Jammu Division to conduct a thorough review of records for candidates whose Admission-Cum-Permission forms have been submitted to the Board. Schools are required to verify and ensure that internal and external assessment records are up-to-date. If any pending assessments are found, they must be submitted to the Secrecy Wing, JD, by October 28, 2024 (Monday), without fail.

This deadline aims to prevent any issues or delays caused by incomplete submissions. The circular warns that any institution found negligent in fulfilling these requirements will be held accountable for any repercussions arising from their oversight.

- PA to the Joint Secretary (Secrecy/Examination), JD
- Joint Secretaries for internal information
- Heads of all Sub/Branch Offices of BOSE for necessary action
- Assistant Secretary ITSS, JD, who will ensure the circular’s availability on the JKBOSE website
