The Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Kashmir invites applications from highly motivated and qualified individuals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF). This position is part of a Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), Government of India-funded research project titled:

Position Details:
- Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1 Post
- Eligibility:
- M.Sc. in Applied Geology/Geology or Geophysics with a minimum of 55% marks
- Desirable: NET qualification
- Duration: Initially for one year, extendable up to three years based on performance.
- Emoluments: ₹25,000/- per month + HRA (as admissible).
- Nature of Position: Temporary and co-terminus with the project.
