A total of 19 Vacancies have been announced to fill for various posts of CEL.

Junior Technical Assitant: 12

Technician ‘B’: 7

Eligibility Criteria:

• Junior Technical Assitant: The candidate should have a Diploma (03 years) /B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. candidates minimum 1 year relevant post-qualification experience.
• Technician ‘B’: The candidate should have a minimum SSC or equivalent qualification with an ITI certificate in the trade of Electrical. 1 year of post-qualification experience is required.
• Applicant must be a citizen of India.

Age Limit: 

• Junior Technical Assitant: 25 Years as on 31.10.2024 or born on or after 31.10.1999
• Technician ‘B’: 25 Years as on 31.10.2024 or born on or after 31.10.1999
• The upper age limit is relaxed as follows:

  SC/ST candidates: 5 years
  OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years
  PwBD-General: 10 years
  PwBD-OBC: 13 years
  PwBD-SC/ST candidates: 15 years

Selection Process:

1. Written Test
2. Interview
3. Medical Examination

Application Fees:

Candidates must pay an online application fee of Rs 1000. However, applicants from SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen (ExSM) categories are exempt from this fee.

The pay scales for various positions are as follows:

NE 7/Junior Technical Assistant: Rs. 22250-3%-75000 Approx

NE 4/Technician ‘B’: Rs. 19000-3%-60000 Approx
