The Division of Fruit Science, Faculty of Horticulture at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir (Main Campus, Shalimar, Srinagar) invites applications for the following contractual position under the project titled:
“Demonstration of Site-Specific Apple Orcharding System vis-a-vis Nursery Development under Himalayan Agro-Ecological Conditions of Kashmir.”
This project is funded by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, and the position will be co-terminus with the project.

- Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in Horticulture or Agriculture
- Desirable Qualification: Research experience in temperate fruit crops, particularly apple
- Monthly Emoluments: ₹18,000 + 16% HRA
