UPSC CDS 1 Application Form 2024: The Union Public Service Commission started accepting online applications on December 11 for CDS 1 at upsc.gov.in. The last date to apply online is June 4. Get the direct link and detailed steps to fill out the form online.

UPSC CDS 1 Application Form 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has started accepting online applications for Combined Defence Services (CDS) at upsc.gov.in for 457 vacancies of IMA, INA, etc. All interested and qualified applicants can apply online between December 11 and December 31. Between January 1 and January 7, candidates can modify their application forms by paying a modification fee.

All the eligible candidates can apply online for the announced vacancies. The online application process consists of one-time registration and form completion. After completing the registration process, candidates can use the provided registration number and password. After completing the registration process, you can use that registration number and password to submit the UPSC CDS application form 2024 and pay the necessary fees.

UPSC CDS 1 Apply Online Eligibility Criteria

The UPSC CDS age limit varies as per the academy the candidate is applying. Check the list below for academy-wise age limits.

JKPSC Recruitment 2024: Apply Online for 575 Lecturer Vacancies, Salary Up to Rs 1,66,700

(i) For IMA—unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 2002 and not later than 1st January, 2007, only are eligible.

 

(ii) For the Indian Naval Academy—unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 2002 and not later than 1st January, 2007, only are eligible.

(iii) For Air Force Academy—

Age: 20 to 24 years as of 1st January, 2026, i.e., born not earlier than 2nd January, 2002 and not later than 1st January, 2006. (Upper age limit for candidates holding a valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable up to 26 years, i.e., born not earlier than 2nd January, 2000 and not later than 1st January, 2007, only are eligible.)

(iv) For Officers’ Training Academy—(SSC Course for men), unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd January, 2001 and not later than 1st January, 2007, only are eligible.

(v) For Officers’ Training Academy—(SSC Women Non-Technical Course) Unmarried women, issueless widows who have not remarried and issueless divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried are eligible. They should have been born not earlier than 2nd January, 2001 and not later than 1st January, 2007.

UPSC CDS 1 Apply Online Fees 2024

All the registered candidates should pay the UPSC CDS application fee either by remitting the money in any branch of SBI in cash or by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment, or the Internet banking facility of any bank. The category-wise UPSC CDS apply online fees as follows.

Steps to Apply Online for UPSC CDS 1

UPSC uses OTR (One Time Registration) services to facilitate applicants filing of online application forms in many recruitment/advertisements without entering their details. Applicants can update their details under various categories on the OTR portal. Students can access their details anytime, anywhere, after providing their registration number and password. The steps to get the OTR Number are listed below

Step 1: Visit the official website of the  – UPSC OTR.

Step 2: On the home page – click on the new registration button.

Step 3: Provide details like the Applicant’s Name, Email and mobile Number, Photograph, Signature, Gender and category, Father’s Name and Mother’s Name, Date of Birth

Step 4: Once you are done, click on the submit button and the registration number will be sent to your email and phone number
