J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations Announces Admission for Leftover BPT and BUMS Seats
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has issued Notification No. 198-BOPEE of 2024, dated December 24, 2024, inviting offline applications for admission to the leftover seats for BPT and BUMS courses in various Government/Private Colleges/Institutions in the Union Territory of J&K. The admission process is open from December 25, 2024, to December 27, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
- BPT Courses:
- Candidates must have appeared in NEET UG–2024.
- BUMS Courses:
- Candidates must have appeared in NEET UG–2024 and secured the qualifying percentile after the relaxation of 15 percentile points across all categories, as prescribed by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
Application Guidelines
- Candidates who were allotted seats in previous counseling rounds and joined need not apply.
- Candidates who registered earlier but did not secure a seat must apply afresh and submit required documents, including:
- NEET UG–2024 Score Card.
- 10+2 Marks Card.
- Domicile Certificate of J&K.
- Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
- Fresh applicants must pay an application fee of ₹1,500 via POS machines available at JKBOPEE offices in Jammu/Srinagar.

Selection Process
- Admission will be based solely on NEET UG–2024 scores.
- Candidates applying afresh but previously registered will not need to pay the application fee again.
