J&K BOPEE Announces Second/Mop-Up Round of Counseling for DNB and Post MBBS Diploma Courses

Jammu & Kashmir, December 26, 2024 – The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has released an official notification for the Second/Mop-Up Round of Physical Counseling for the remaining vacant seats in Post MBBS DNB, Post MBBS Diploma, and Post Diploma DNB courses in various government medical colleges across the Union Territory.

Counseling Schedule:

• Date: December 30, 2024 (Monday)
• Time: Registration and attendance from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
• Venue: BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar
• Rank Eligibility:
  • Post MBBS DNB/Post MBBS Diploma: Rank 01-21
  • Post Diploma DNB: Rank 01

This round is open to all eligible candidates, including those belonging to reserved categories.

Key Guidelines:

1. Mandatory Documents: Candidates must carry original copies of:
   • Domicile Certificate
   • NOC from Health and Medical Education Department
   • NEET-PG/PD CET Score Card 2024
   • MBBS Degree/Diploma (where applicable)
   • Any other document required by the college.
2. Eligibility:
   • Candidates already allotted seats in the first round may participate for upgradation.
   • Candidates who missed the first round can also participate but must pay a counseling fee of ₹2,000.
3. Fee Payment: Upgradation candidates must present the fee deposition receipt from their allotted college at the time of registration.
4. Seat Availability: Candidates are advised to review the seat matrix available on BOPEE’s official website to confirm the availability of preferred seats before attending the counseling session.
5. Important Note: Participation in this round is contingent on prior compliance with the registration and attendance requirements within the specified timeframe.
