JKSSB Announces Rescheduling of Examinations for Various Posts
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a notification regarding the rescheduling of examinations for various posts. This decision was taken following representations from candidates facing clashes in the previously announced examination dates.

In its earlier notice dated January 3, 2025, the JKSSB provided candidates an opportunity to highlight conflicts in the examination schedule. Following this, 27 representations were received, prompting the board to review the examination dates.
Revised Schedule
The board has announced revised dates for the examinations, which are now included as Annexure A to the notification. It is emphasized that the syllabus for these posts, as mentioned in the previous notice, will remain unchanged.
Additionally, the examination dates for other posts will remain as previously notified.
Notification Dissemination
To ensure wide awareness, the notification has been forwarded to various stakeholders and officials, including:
- The Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
- The Director of Information and Public Relations, J&K Government, with instructions to publish the notice in at least three leading newspapers in Jammu/Srinagar for three consecutive days.
- Members of the JKSSB and other relevant authorities.
