The current weather system is expected to persist until evening.
For south Kashmir parts, snowfall will continue at least until late afternoon and for a few parts till evening. Snow accumulation of 2 – 6 inches is expected in plains of south Kashmir.
The weather system will start to clear up from tonight onwards.
For plains of central and north Kashmir, nothing major is expected. Although light snowfall is expected over some areas, particularly in central Kashmir plains.
