Scholarship Update: Mission Youth’s Super 75 Scheme for 2023-24
The Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Mission Youth, Jammu & Kashmir, has issued a significant update regarding the scholarship scheme under the HLG Super 75 and Super 75 (B) categories for the year 2023-24.

Background
A previous notification (No. FD-MY/87/2022) dated December 30, 2024, released a list of 50 selected candidates (Annexure A) and 10 candidates whose eligibility or verification was pending (Annexure B). Following a thorough review, the following updates have been made:
Key Updates
1. Addition to Final List:
Mr. Rais Ahmad Wani: Included in the final select list at Serial No. 51 after necessary verification.
Mr. Tawseef Ahmad Nazar and Mr. Shahid Hilal Pinchoo: Initially kept under “Not Eligible” due to income verification issues. Upon re-verification by the Anantnag district authorities, their family incomes were confirmed to be below ₹1 lakh. As a result, they have been deemed eligible.
2. Placement in the Select List:
Tawseef Ahmad Nazar and Shahid Hilal Pinchoo have been included in the final select list at Serial Nos. 52 and 53, respectively.
Competent Authority’s Decision
The competent authority acknowledged the re-verification reports and approved the inclusion of the aforementioned candidates. This update reinforces Mission Youth’s commitment to transparency and providing equal opportunities.
