About the Role
BQE Software is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support its marketing initiatives. The role includes managing webinars, creating content, and handling documentation. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, product, and documentation teams to ensure seamless execution and enhanced customer data.
Key Responsibilities
Webinar Management
- Organize webinar events using ON24 and manage operational requirements.
- Develop promotional emails using marketing automation tools.
- Design landing pages to facilitate registrations and communicate objectives.
- Compile webinar attendance reports for associations offering continuing education credits.
- Create and send follow-up emails to attendees.
Content Creation & Documentation
- Develop resources such as product videos and workflow charts.
- Design graphics for marketing materials.
Data Management
- Cleanse and format attendee lists for CRM uploads.
- Research accounts and contacts using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Other Tasks
- Assist with digital marketing and documentation-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing support roles.
- A degree in Writing, English, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Camtasia, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere.
- Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce.
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
