SKIMS Interview Schedule for Senior Resident Posts
The Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Deemed University, Srinagar, has issued an important notice regarding the interview schedule for candidates who have applied for Senior Resident posts under Advertisement Notification No. SIMS/ACAD 02 of 2025, dated 28.01.2025.
According to the notification, interviews will be conducted as per the detailed schedule provided in ANNEXURE-I, and will take place in the Board Room (Administration Block) of SKIMS.
Reporting Instructions for Candidates
Candidates listed in ANNEXURE-II are required to report to the Academic Section, University Block (Opposite to Emergency Block), SKIMS at the designated reporting date and time.
They must bring:
✔ A printed copy of the online filled application form
✔ All uploaded documents and certificates in original
✔ No Objection Certificate (NOC) (for candidates already in service)
Important Points for Candidates
- The provisional list of candidates (ANNEXURE-II) is based on the data provided by applicants during the online application process. SKIMS Deemed University will not be responsible for any false or fictitious information. If any discrepancies are found, the candidature may be rejected without notice.
- Inclusion in the provisional list (ANNEXURE-II) does not guarantee eligibility for the interview or selection as a Senior Resident. Selection will be based on verification of eligibility, credentials, and original documents.
- Candidates with queries regarding the provisional list must approach the Academic Section, SKIMS by or before 05th February 2025 (01:00 PM). No queries will be entertained beyond this deadline.
This notice is crucial for all applicants, and they are advised to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
