Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must submit self-attested copies of educational qualifications and professional certificates issued by the Bar Council under the Advocates Act, 1961.
- Experience Requirement:
- Chief LADC: Minimum 10 years of practice in Criminal Law.
- Deputy LADC: Minimum 7 years of practice at the Bar.
- Assistant LADC: Minimum 3 years of practice at the Bar.
- A certificate from a concerned District & Sessions Judge verifying actual legal practice is mandatory.
- The selected candidates will be engaged on a monthly honorarium basis for an initial one-year term, extendable based on performance.
