JKSSB Medical Examination Notification for Sub-Inspector Post – April 2025
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued an important notice regarding the selection process for the posts of Sub-Inspector in the Police (Home Department). This follows the advertisement published under Notification No. 06 of 2021 dated October 21, 2021, and Medical Notice No. SSB/Secy/2021/7926-42 dated November 24, 2021.
As per the latest notification, candidates mentioned in Annexure-A are required to report for a medical examination. The medical check-up will be conducted by the Standing Medical Board at the Government Medical College, Srinagar.

The notification has been duly signed by Atul Kumar (JKAS), Secretary of the J&K Services Selection Board. Copies of the notice have also been forwarded to concerned officials and departments for necessary action and record-keeping.
The board has instructed the Principal of Government Medical College, Srinagar to make appropriate arrangements for the medical examination as per the details provided in Annexure-A.
