JKSSB Document Verification 2025: Notifications Released for Jr. Librarian, Stock Assistant, and Other Posts
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released multiple important notifications regarding JKSSB Document Verification 2025 for candidates shortlisted for various posts across departments.
Jr. Librarian – Additional Document Verification
JKSSB has announced additional document verification for candidates applying for the Junior Librarian posts advertised via Notification No. 04 of 2020, Item Nos. 48 & 49, under the Divisional Cadres in the Culture Department. This additional round addresses candidates who were previously left out or have been newly added to the consideration list.
Stock Assistant – Waiting List Forwarded
Furthermore, JKSSB has forwarded the waiting list for the posts of Stock Assistant under various Divisional and District Cadres in Jammu and Kashmir. These were advertised through:
- Notification No. 04 of 2021 dated 17.07.2021 (Item Nos. 641, 644, 646, 648, 650, 652, 654, 670 to 688)
- Notification No. 04 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022 (Item Nos. 134, 136, 138, 139, 140, 141)

OMR-Based Written Exam – Candidates in Consideration Zone
In addition, the board has also released a notification for document verification of candidates who fall under the consideration zone based on the OMR-based written examination conducted on February 9, 2025. This round of verification is for various posts across departments.
