IUST Counselling Notice 5 for Admission to Various Undergraduate Programmes 2025
The Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST), Kashmir has issued Counselling Notice No. 5 for admission to various undergraduate programmes under the FYUGP (Four-Year Undergraduate Programme) for the academic session 2025. The counselling is scheduled to be held on 22nd August 2025 (Friday) from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Office of the Dean Academic Affairs, IUST Campus, Awantipora.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Provisional Admission: Selection is provisional and subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria, verification of original documents, and production of valid category certificates (if applicable). The university reserves the right to cancel admission at any stage in case of discrepancies.
- Mandatory Reporting: Candidates must report in person to the Dean Academic Affairs Office, IUST Campus Awantipora on the scheduled date and time (22nd August 2025, 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM).
- Documents Required: Candidates must carry their downloaded application form, original documents with photocopies, and the required admission fee as per guidelines available on the official IUST website.
- Deadline Strictness: Failure to report by the deadline will lead to forfeiture of admission rights.
- Merit-Based Selection: Final selection will be based on merit and availability of seats. Participation in counselling does not guarantee admission.
- Vacancy Adjustment: If vacancies remain after the counselling, the merit list will operate downwards, and further notifications will be issued.
