• Educational Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in relevant branch with first-class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
    OR
  • Ph.D. in relevant discipline from an institution of National importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED directly after Bachelor’s degree.
    OR
  • Ph.D. degree obtained from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking by any one of the following:
    • Quacquarelli Symonds (QS)
    • Times Higher Education (THE)
    • Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

2. Computer Science

Eligibility:

• Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates must have also cleared NET/SLET/SET conducted by UGC/CSIR, or hold a Ph.D. degree as per UGC norms.
• Note: NET/SLET/SET not required for certain master’s programs where these exams are not conducted by UGC/CSIR.

💰 Salary / Emoluments

The consolidated monthly remuneration depends on academic qualifications:

• Post Graduate (PG excluding Arch): ₹45,000/- per month
• NET/SLET/GATE Qualified: ₹48,000/- per month
• Ph.D.: ₹50,000/- per month
• NET/SLET/GATE + Ph.D.: ₹50,000/- per month

📅 Tenure of Engagement

• The appointment is initially for the year 2025, ending 31st December 2025, or until the post is filled on a substantive basis.
• The tenure may be extended annually based on:
  • Performance appraisal,
  • Recommendations from the Head of the Department,
