JKBOSE UFM Notice 2025: Candidates of Class 10th & 12th Asked to Appear Before Committee — Check Details, Date, Venue & PDF
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important notification for candidates who have reportedly resorted to the use of unfair means (UFM) during the SSE (Class 10th) and HSP-I (Class 11th) Annual Regular Session 2025 (Winter Zone) examinations. The notice also covers deferred UFM cases from the Annual Private/Biannual 2025 session.
As per the notification, all such students are required to personally appear before the Board’s UFM Committee to present their defense. Failing to do so will mean the candidates accept the charges, and the Board will decide the case on the basis of available records. The decision taken will be final and binding.

JKBOSE Office, Rehari Colony, Jammu

27 December 2025 (Friday)
The hearing will be conducted in groups and time slots as mentioned below.
⏰ Group-wise Schedule & Roll Numbers
The UFM hearing will be conducted in multiple sessions for Class 10th and Class 12th candidates. Supervisory staff and superintendents concerned with the cases must also be present during the hearing.
🔹 Group–I (Class 10th — SSE Annual Regular 2025 & HSP-I Annual Regular 2025)
Time: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Total Candidates: 36
This group includes students from Winter Zone areas whose roll numbers fall under various examination centers. Candidates have been listed roll number–wise in the notification.
🔹 Group–II (Class 10th — SSE Annual Regular 2025)
Time: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Total Candidates: 37
Students whose roll numbers are listed under Group-II must report during this time slot. Supervisory staff related to these centers are also instructed to attend.
🔹 Group–I (Class 10th — Continued)
Time: 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Total Candidates: 32
This session includes additional Class 10th candidates whose roll numbers have been notified separately in the document.
🔹 Group–II (Class 12th — HSP-I Annual Regular 2025)
Time: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Total Candidates: 36
These candidates belong to the Class 12th stream appearing for the HSP-I Annual Regular Session 2025.
📌 Deferred Cases (Biannual Session 2025 – Soft/Hard Zone)
Apart from the above categories, the Board has also listed deferred UFM cases for both Class 10th and Class 11th students appearing in the Biannual Session 2025. These candidates are also required to appear before the committee on the same day along with relevant center staff.
⚠️ Important Instructions for Students
All students are strictly advised to follow the below guidelines on the day of appearance:
✔ Carry your Roll Number Slip — This is mandatory to enter the JKBOSE main gate.
✔ Arrive on time as per your group slot — Late entry may not be allowed.
✔ Be prepared to present your defense — The Board will finalize decisions based on available statements and reports.
Failure to attend will be treated as acceptance of guilt, and the Board’s decision will be considered final under BOSE regulations.
📑 Instructions for Superintendents & Supervisory Staff
The notification clearly states that:
✔ Concerned Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents and supervisory staff must also attend the hearing.
✔ They must bring the complete examination center record, including:
- Sitting arrangement details
- Room-wise duty allotments
✔ They must help ensure the presence of the students under their jurisdiction.
The Board further instructs all exam unit officers and branch offices to contact candidates via phone/SMS to ensure maximum attendance.
🛑 Non-Compliance Warning
Any violation of the instructions issued in this notification may lead to disciplinary action under JKBOSE regulations. This applies to both students and supervisory personnel.
