The calendar includes important details such as notification dates, application periods, and exam months for popular exams like CGL, CHSL, JE, Stenographer, MTS, SI, and Constable GD. According to the calendar, the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2026, Junior Engineer (JE) Examination 2026, and Selection Post Phase-XIV Examination 2026 will open for registration in March 2026, with the application window closing in April 2026. These exams are scheduled to be conducted during May and June 2026, giving candidates a clear timeline for preparation.
Similarly, the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination 2026, Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination 2026, and the Combined Hindi Translators Examination 2026 will begin their registration process in April 2026 and close in May 2026. The examinations for these posts are expected to be held between July and September 2026, as per the tentative schedule.
Other major recruitment tests have also been announced in the SSC calendar. The Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar Examination 2026 will take place between September and November 2026, while the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Examination 2026 is scheduled for October to November 2026. Meanwhile, the Constable (GD) Examination 2027 for CAPFs, NIA, SSF, and Assam Rifles will be conducted from January to March 2027.
