The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JK BOPEE) has issued an important notification for medical professionals across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Following the reduction in the qualifying percentile of NEET PG 2025 by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), JK BOPEE has invited offline applications from in-service candidates under UT Quota for admission to Post MBBS DNB (Broad Specialty) and Post MBBS Diploma courses for the 2025 session.
This decision brings new hope for many doctors who earlier could not qualify due to higher cut-off scores. The process will help fill vacant seats that remained unfilled in previous counselling rounds.
📌 Official Notification Details
According to Notification No. 010-BOPEE of 2026 dated 15 January 2026, JK BOPEE is inviting offline applications from eligible in-service candidates for admission to DNB (Broad Specialty) and Post MBBS Diploma seats under the UT Quota.
The applications will be accepted from 16 January 2026 to 21 January 2026, on working days only, at JK BOPEE offices in Srinagar and Jammu.
📉 Revised NEET PG 2025 Qualifying Percentile
NBEMS reduced the qualifying percentile for NEET PG 2025, allowing more candidates to become eligible. The revised cut-offs are:

🎯 Who Can Apply?
The invitation is specifically for:

Fresh registration is mandatory for all eligible candidates, even if they participated in earlier rounds.
📝 How to Apply?
The application process is completely offline. Candidates must:
- Download and fill the Annexure-A Registration Form
- Attach all required documents
- Visit JK BOPEE office at Srinagar or Jammu
- Submit the form between 16–21 January 2026
The application must be submitted physically at JK BOPEE offices.
📄 Documents Required
As per Annexure-A (Page 3) of the notification, candidates must attach the following documents:
- MBBS Degree
- Post Basic MBBS Diploma (if any)
- NEET PG 2025 Score Card
- Domicile Certificate
- NOC from the Department
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- Difficult Area Certificate (as per SRO 48 of 2018), if applicable
These documents are mandatory for registration and verification.
💰 Counselling Fee
Candidates applying for the first time must pay a counselling fee of ₹2000, which has to be deposited through the POS machine available at JK BOPEE offices in Srinagar or Jammu at the time of submission.
📅 Seat Matrix & Counselling
JK BOPEE will upload the seat matrix one day before the start of counselling, allowing candidates to view available DNB and Diploma seats before participating in the selection process.
The seats will be filled strictly based on:
- Merit
- Preferences
- Eligibility
