- This post is aimed at experienced professionals currently working in foreign exchange, trade finance, or treasury-related roles.
2. Marketing Officer – Scale I

- These positions are primarily field-based and focus on business mobilization, customer acquisition, and marketing of banking products.
Vacancies are distributed across UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD (Divyangjan) categories as per Government of India norms.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidates must be:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee (before 1 January 1962), or
- A person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with eligibility certificate
Educational Qualification & Experience
Foreign Exchange Officer (Scale III)
- Qualification:
- Full-time graduation from a UGC/AICTE recognized university
- Preference for candidates with CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance/International Business)
- Mandatory Certification:
- Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from IIBF
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank
- At least 3 years in Forex/Trade Finance
- Candidates from NBFCs, RRBs, or Cooperative Banks are not eligible
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 25 years
- Maximum: 35 years
Marketing Officer (Scale I)
- Qualification:
- Graduation from a recognized university
- Full-time MBA / PGDM / PGDBM / PGPM with specialization in Marketing
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- At least 1 year continuous experience in marketing, preferably in BFSI
- Age Limit:
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum: 30 years

Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages:
1. Online Written Examination
- Total Questions: 100
- Total Marks: 100
- Duration: 60 minutes
Exam Pattern:
- Stream/Category-Specific Questions – 70 marks
- Banking Awareness, Current Affairs & Economy – 30 marks
There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
2. Personal Interview
- Interview will carry 100 marks
- Only candidates qualifying the online test will be called for interview
Final Selection
- Weightage:
- Written Test – 70%
- Interview – 30%
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive attractive salary packages as per bank norms:
- Scale III (Senior Manager):
₹85,920 – ₹1,05,280 (Basic Pay range) - Scale I (Assistant Manager):
₹48,480 – ₹85,920 (Basic Pay range)
In addition to basic pay, officers are entitled to DA, HRA, CCA, medical benefits, pension, and other allowances.
