JKBOSE Class 11th & 12th Exam Form 2026 Summer Zone: Online Submission Schedule & Fee Details Released
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important notification regarding the submission of Online Examination Forms and Renewal Registration Returns for HSP-I (Class 11th) and HSP-II (Class 12th) for Annual Regular 2026 (Summer Zone).
As per the official notification, this schedule is meant for those students who were earlier declared fail/re-appear in Annual Regular 2025, but were provisionally admitted to the next higher class, and have now qualified after re-evaluation results.
Who Will Benefit From This JKBOSE Notification?
This notification applies to students who:
- Appeared in Annual Regular 2025 exam
- Were declared Fail / Re-appear
- Got provisional admission in next class
- Later passed after Re-evaluation Result
- Now need to submit their online exam forms & renewal registration
The board has referenced:

- Re-evaluation notifications issued by JKBOSE (January 2026 and December 2025)

JKBOSE Exam Form Fee 2026: Class 11th & 12th
Below are the fee details mentioned in the notification:
1) Candidates with Five (05) Compulsory Subjects
- Exam Fee: ₹1435
- Renewal Registration Fee: ₹230
✅ Total Fee: ₹1665/-
(excluding external practical fee)
2) Candidates with Additional Subject(s) (5+)
- Exam Fee: ₹1690
- Renewal Registration Fee: ₹230
✅ Total Fee: ₹1920/-
(excluding external practical fee)
Important Practical Fee Update
JKBOSE has also announced:
📌 Additional fee of ₹100 per candidate per practical subject for Classes 11th & 12th will be charged in cases where external practical assessment is conducted by JKBOSE.
JKBOSE Instructions & Guidelines (Very Important)
JKBOSE has provided clear guidelines for schools and institutions:
✅ 1. Eligible Candidates Only
Schools must ensure that only those candidates submit online forms who:
- Were under Re-appear / Failure category
- Were admitted provisionally
- Have now qualified all 5 compulsory subjects
If any school submits incorrect forms, strict action may be taken.
✅ 2. Checklist Submission Deadline
After completing online services:
- Institutions must generate the Checklist from their school accounts
- Submit it to the concerned JKBOSE offices
- Checklist must be duly signed and stamped by Head of Institution
- Must be submitted on or before 06-02-2026
