About the Research Project
The JRF will work on a research project titled:
“Pharmacokinetic evaluation and comparative omics to decipher the underlying mechanism of newly discovered plant-based androgen receptor targeting small molecules, SKICDDL-1 and SKICDDL-2 against recurrent prostate cancer.”
The project focuses on advanced molecular and omics-based research aimed at understanding plant-based compounds targeting androgen receptors in recurrent prostate cancer.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- M.Sc. in Biotechnology / Molecular Biology (or equivalent)
- Minimum 60% marks in the qualifying examination
Desirable Qualification
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- Qualified NET/GATE or other accredited national-level tests
- Prior research experience in:
- Animal Cell Culture
- Western Blotting
- siRNA-mediated gene knockdown techniques
Candidates with relevant laboratory experience will have an added advantage during shortlisting.
