Srinagar: The University of Kashmir has officially released the Admission Schedule for the academic session 2026 for various undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), integrated, diploma, and professional programmes offered by the university.
According to the official notification, the admission process will be conducted in regular as well as distance modes, with application forms being submitted online through the university portal.
UG & Integrated Programmes (For 12th Qualified Candidates)
The online application process for UG and Integrated programmes began on 3 March 2026.
Important dates:
- Last date to submit online application: 3 April 2026
- Admit cards available: From 27 April 2026
- Entrance test: 12 – 16 May 2026
- Last date of eligibility fulfillment: 18 May 2026
- Declaration of individual score: 20 May 2026
- Merit list issuance: 21 May 2026
- 1st selection list (Main & Offsite campuses): 23 May 2026
- Admission completion (1st list): 29 May 2026
- 2nd selection list: 31 May 2026
- Admission completion (2nd list): 4 June 2026
- Counselling for vacant seats: 7 June 2026
- Closure of admission: 30 June 2026
Certificate Courses (For 10th & 12th Qualified Candidates)
The university will also offer certificate programmes for students who have passed Class 10th or 12th.
