About the Recruitment Drive

Bank of Baroda has launched this recruitment initiative to provide skill-based training and industry exposure to graduates. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

  • A Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government are also acceptable

Additionally:

  • Candidates registered under NATS should have completed graduation within the last four years from the cut-off date.

The age criteria as on 01 May 2026 are:

Training Duration

Monthly Stipend
