The recruitment is for the position of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in various Panchayat Halqas and Municipal Wards of Narwav in Baramulla district. The recruitment is on an honorarium basis. The locations and vacancies per center are listed in the notice.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Domicile: Candidate must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
- Age: 18-37 years as of January 1, 2024.
- Residence: Candidate should be a resident of the Electoral Ward where the Anganwadi center is located.
- Education: Minimum qualification is 10th pass. Higher qualifications or candidates with a widowed/divorced status may be given priority.
- Priority: If two or more candidates are equal, unmarried candidates are preferred.
- Bonus Points: Related family members of AWWs may qualify for additional points.
