Applications are invited for the engagement of Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers) and Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) on an honorarium basis in the Anganwadi centers under the Poshan Project Keller. Eligible female candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir are encouraged to apply.

Vacancy Information

For Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers):

• Open to wards in districts Pulwama and Shopian.
• Matriculation is the minimum qualification, and in the absence of matriculates, candidates with at least 8th standard qualifications will be considered.

For Sanginis (Anganwadi Workers):

• 10+2 qualification required, with a maximum of graduation.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit:
   • 18–37 years as of 01-01-2024.
2. Domicile:
   • Candidates must be residents of the UT of J&K.
3. Qualifications:
   • For Sahayikas: Minimum Matriculation (8th pass in case of non-availability of matriculates).
   • For Sanginis: 10+2 pass and below graduation.
4. Preference:
   • Most destitute or needy women of the ward will be prioritized.
5. Additional Considerations:
   • Unmarried women will also be eligible where no married candidates are available.

Required Documents

For Sahayikas:

1. Electoral Panch Ward Certificate.
2. Residence proof (issued by SDM/ACR).
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Date of Birth Certificate.
5. Academic qualification documents (10th marks card).
6. Family details with category proof (ration card).
7. Non-employment certificate.
8. Income certificate.

For Sanginis:

1. Electoral Panch Ward Certificate.
2. Residence proof (issued by SDM/ACR).
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Date of Birth Certificate.
5. Academic qualification documents (10+2 marks card).
6. Engagement/relieving order (if applicable).
7. Affidavit confirming no higher qualifications than graduation.
