1. Senior .NET Developer
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in software development.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Required Skills:
- Expertise in .NET technologies, C#, and SQL Server.
- Experience with .NET Core, MVC, and relational database design.
- Strong front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with RESTful API, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software using .NET Core and MVC.
- Optimize and debug C# code and manage databases.
- Collaborate with front-end developers for UI elements.
- Perform troubleshooting and apply best practices for continuous improvement.
2. Software Engineer – Level 2
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in software development.
- Education: Same as above.
Required Skills:
- Similar skill set as the Senior .NET Developer role, focusing on software engineering and SQL Server.
- Preferable: AWS for cloud deployment, Angular/React, knowledge of microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software using .NET and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate user-facing elements.
- Resolve issues to ensure optimal performance.
3. HR Manager
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR management, preferably in IT.
- Education: Bachelor’s/MBA in HR.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in recruitment tools like LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Oversee performance evaluations and employee relations.
- Conduct training programs and develop HR strategies.
