Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade “B” as per the UGC 7-point scale.
- Experience (Any of the following):
- Teaching/Administration:
- 15 years as Assistant Professor (Pay Level 11) or equivalent.
- At least 8 years as Associate Professor (Pay Level 12) or higher.
- Research:
- Comparable experience in research establishments or institutions of higher education.
- Administrative:
- 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent post in Pay Level 12 (₹78,800–₹2,09,200/-).
- Teaching/Administration:
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 57 years as of January 1, 2025.
Tenure:
The position is tenure-based for 5 years or until the age of 60 years, whichever is earlier.
Additional Conditions:
- Degrees obtained from foreign universities require an equivalency certificate from AIU, New Delhi.
- Candidates must meet eligibility criteria as of the last date of application.
