Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10 years of practice in Criminal Law at the Bar or above.
- Must be a citizen of India and a domicile of UT of J&K.
- Must not be less than 35 years of age as of 01-01-2025.
- Should have an excellent understanding of criminal law, communication skills, and experience in legal aid work.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Experience in Criminal Law Practice: Maximum 15 Marks
- Trial Conduct in Sessions and Magistrate Courts: 30 Marks
- Higher Qualifications & IT Knowledge: 5 Marks
- Professional Skills & Interview: 12 Marks
