Selection Process

1. The selection process will adhere to the guidelines prescribed by the Directorate of Skill Development, J&K.
2. If the number of applicants exceeds the available positions, a shortlisting process in the ratio of 1:5 will be implemented.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date of the interaction session through email or the official website.
4. Candidates must bring their original documents, updated CV, relevant experience certificates, and a self-attested set of xerox copies on the day of interaction.
5. Attendance in the interaction session is mandatory for further consideration.

Remuneration

• The selected guest faculty will receive ₹750 per lecture, subject to a maximum monthly remuneration of ₹20,000.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The last date for online application submission is 22-02-2025, 04:00 PM.
• The engagement is strictly on a guest faculty basis for the May–June 2025 academic session only.
• Selected candidates must submit an affidavit duly attested by a First Class Magistrate before joining, confirming their understanding that their engagement does not ensure continued employment.
• The engagement may be terminated at any time without notice or reason.
