Jammu and Kashmir Announces Administrative Inspection of Schools
The Jammu and Kashmir government’s School Education Department has announced that it will be conducting regular administrative inspections of schools and institutions across the state. The inspections are aimed at improving the standards of teaching, academics, and administrative functioning.
The inspections will be carried out by officials from the School Education Department, including Special/Additional Secretaries to the Government, Director Finance, Director (Planning), Deputy/Under Secretaries to the Government, Director, School Education Jammu/Kashmir, Chief Education Officers/Deputy Chief Education Officers, Zonal Education Officers/Cluster heads/Head of Institutions.
The officials will be required to submit reports of their inspections to the Administrative Secretary of the Department by the 5th of every month.
The Administrative Secretary, Dr. Piyush Singla, said that the inspections are necessary to ensure that schools are functioning properly and that students are receiving a quality education.
“We want to make sure that our schools are providing the best possible education to our students,” Singla said. “These inspections will help us to identify any areas where we can improve.”
