The Jammu & Kashmir Waqf Board, located in Sonwar, Srinagar, has invited applications for the engagement of Lecturers and Teachers on an Academic Arrangement Basis for the session 2025. The recruitment will be conducted for multiple Waqf Educational Institutes across the region.

The recruitment is open for Lecturers and Teachers in various subjects at different Higher Secondary Schools managed by the Waqf Board.

• Lecturer Positions: Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Information Practice, Maths, Environmental Science, English

Selection Criteria & Weightage

Selection will be based on the relative merit of the candidates. The evaluation will be done on a scale of 100 points as per the following scheme:

Interview Details

• Venue: Central Waqf Office, Sonwar, Srinagar (Near Burn-Hall School)
• Mode: In-person interview (Shortlisted candidates will be contacted separately for details)

Remuneration

• Lecturers: ₹12,000 per month
• Teachers: ₹9,000 per month
