- Eligible Areas: Jammu District (Tehsils: Akhnoor, Arnia, Bahlwal, Bishnah, Chowki Chora, Bahu, Dansal, Jammu North, Jammu South, Jammu West, Jourian, Kharah Bali, and Khour).
- April 16, 2025
- Eligible Areas: Jammu District (Tehsils: Maira Mandrian, Mandal, Marh, Nagrota, Pragwal, Ranbir Singh Pura, Suchetgarh) and Rajouri District.
- April 17, 2025
- Eligible Areas: Poonch District, other districts of Jammu & Kashmir, and other states of India.

Candidates must bring the following original documents along with photocopies:
- Permanent Residence Certificate (Original)
- Aadhar Card (with linked mobile number)
- Birth Certificate (Age limit: 18-40 years)
- Police Verification Certificate (02 copies)
- Ration Card Photocopy
- 08 Passport-size Photos
- Family Member Details
- Photographs of Last Rites of Parents (if applicable)
- Photocopy of Bank Passbook
