J&K BOPEE Notification: NEET UG 2024 Counselling Schedule Announced
The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has released an important notification regarding the counselling process for admission to NEET UG courses (MBBS/BDS) for the session 2024-25. The notification details the online choice filling and counselling schedule for eligible candidates.
Key Dates:
– Start Date: 28th August 2024 (after 3:00 PM)
– End Date: 31st August 2024 (midnight)
Candidates who have already registered and submitted their documents are required to submit their preferences for college/course allotment within this time frame.
Instructions:
– Candidates must follow the guidelines provided in the e-Information Brochure available on the BOPEE website.
– The seat matrix will be uploaded before the counselling process begins.
– An online counselling fee of Rs. 1500/- is applicable.

Special Provisions:
– Candidates with certain document deficiencies (e.g., NEET scorecard, domicile certificate, DOB, etc.) have been provisionally allowed to participate in the counselling process until 27th August 2024, provided they submit the required documents upon selection. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.
– Candidates who failed to submit their deficient category/subcategory certificates by the cut-off date of 23rd August 2024 will not be allowed to participate in the online counselling process.
Additional Information:
– Candidates whose names are not included in the Sports Council list will be treated as open merit if otherwise eligible.
– It is advised that candidates refrain from using mobile phones or tablets while filling in their preferences online.
