The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) is looking to fill one position for Registrar on a deputation basis. The pay scale for the position is Level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200) as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
Eligibility
- Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories or Courts or Tribunals or statutory organisations or State/Higher Judicial Service
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department
- A post in level-13A in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with two years of regular service in the grade
- A post in level-13 in the pay matrix of the Seventh Central Pay Commission or equivalent with three years of regular service in the grade
Educational Qualification and Experience
- A degree in law from a recognized University
- Experience in personnel and administrative matters
