J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations Announces Schedule for 1st Round of Counselling for B.E./B.Tech Courses 2024
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released Notification No. 037-BOPEE of 2024, dated June 27, 2024, detailing the schedule for the first round of counselling for B.E./B.Tech courses for the academic year 2024. This follows Notification No. 035-BOPEE of 2024, dated June 24, 2024, which announced the provisional merit list/results of eligible candidates.
Counselling Schedule:
– Sunday, June 30, 2024: Candidates ranked 001 to 500
– Monday, July 1, 2024: Candidates ranked 501 to 1100
– Tuesday, July 2, 2024: Candidates ranked 1101 to 1662
The physical round of counselling will take place simultaneously at the BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar. Candidates must report between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on their designated counselling day.
Required Documents:
Candidates are required to bring the following original documents for the counselling process:
1. 12th Class Marks Card
2. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/Ladakh
3. Category Certificate, including TFW, if applicable
4. Date of Birth Certificate (issued by J&K Board of School Education/CBSE/other Boards)
Failure to produce these documents will result in the candidate being unable to participate in the counselling process.
Additional Information:
– Candidates must be physically present at the BOPEE offices for registration, attendance, and other formalities.
– A counselling fee of Rs. 1000 must be paid via POS machine at the BOPEE office.
