1. Domicile Certificate of J&K
2. Marks Card of the Qualifying Examination
3. B.Sc. Degree Certificate
4. Date of Birth Certificate (10th class marks card/Diploma)
5. Experience/Work Certificate (wherever required)
6. Valid Reserved Category Certificate (if applicable)
7. Any other document/certificate as required by the Admission Authorities
