1. Counseling and Selection Process:
– The first round of physical counseling was conducted from 30th June to 2nd July 2024 at BOPEE offices in Jammu and Srinagar.
– Candidates have been provisionally selected based on their merit and preferences.

– Provisionally selected candidates must report to their allotted institutions by 9th July 2024, up to 3:00 PM, with original documents for verification.
– Required documents include domicile certificate, 12th class marks certificate, date of birth certificate, category certificate (if applicable), ID card, and any other document required by the institution.
3. Institutional Responsibilities:
– Heads of institutions are advised to keep admission counters open on holidays to facilitate the admission process.
– Institutions must verify the authenticity of the documents and the eligibility of candidates.
4. Special Cases:
– Special provisions have been made for candidates with disabilities. Such cases will be referred to a Medical College for assessment by a special medical board.

– Heads of institutions must report any shortfall in admissions to the Board by 9th July 2024, at 4:30 PM.
