JKBOSE Issues Circular for Class 11th Practical Examinations (External) 2025
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an important circular concerning the conduct of Class 11th external practical examinations and the submission of related award sheets for the Annual (Regular) Session 2025.
According to the circular, all heads of institutions and centre heads are directed to conclude the external practical examinations of HSE-I (Class 11th) in both Soft and Hard Zones by or before April 12, 2025. Furthermore, the award sheets must be submitted in sealed covers through the concerned JKBOSE Sub/Branch Offices.

Once received, the In-charge Sub/Branch Offices are responsible for forwarding the awards to the concerned Joint Secretaries (Secrecy) of Jammu and Kashmir Divisions. This process includes thorough verification and consolidation to eliminate any errors. JKBOSE has clearly instructed that no institution or centre should be left out from the accounting process.
The Joint Secretaries, Secrecy JD/KD, are tasked with ensuring the process is carried out with utmost confidentiality and accuracy. They are expected to develop a foolproof system to maintain top secrecy and ensure timely adherence to the circular’s instructions.
