JKBOSE Announces Summative Assessment for Class 9th
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced that the Summative Assessment examination for class 9th will be conducted by the Institutions/Schools (Govt./Pvt.) affiliated with the board in the academic session 2023-24.
The exams will be conducted as per the courses/syllabi and allied scheme of studies already notified vide Notification No. F(Acad-C)Rat-Rev/Syllabi/IX-X/23, dated September 15, 2023.

The model question papers/syllabi are available on the JKBOSE official website https://www.jkbose.nic.in/.
The notification states that the integrity of the examination process must be maintained to uphold the standards of education and assessment.
The Director of School Education Jammu/Kashmir/Ladakh, Joint Secretary, Examination/Secrecy/General/Registration/ITSS J.D/K.D, Joint Director SCERT/Central/Jammu/Kashmir Divisions, Heads/Principals of DIETs of U.T of J&K/Ladakh, Deputy Director Academics JKBOSE J.D/K.D, Deputy/Assistant Secretary, Examination/Secrecy Unit I, II, III, General/Registration/Forms/Certificates/Records, Deputy Secretary ITSS, JD/K.D, Deputy Secretary, Information J.D/K.D, all Deputy/Assistant Secretaries/ Incharge Officers of the JKBOSE, Heads of all Govt./Pvt. Affiliated High and Higher Secondary Schools/Institutions, P/S to Administrative Secretary to Govt. School Education Department, Civil Secretariat Jammu/Srinagar, P/S to Director SCERT J&K, Accounts Officer J.D/K.D, P/S to Chairman/Secretary, and Concerned/General file have been informed about the notification.
