JKBOSE Class 9th Registration 2024-25 Notification Released – Important Dates and Details

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially issued the JKBOSE Class 9th Registration 2024-25 Notification for all affiliated Government and Private High/ Higher Secondary institutions, including schools in the Union Territory of Ladakh. As per the latest update, the registration numbers for Class 9th candidates for the academic session 2024-25 have been successfully generated and uploaded on the respective school portals.

Key Highlights of the JKBOSE Class 9th Registration 2024-25 Notification

• Registration Verification:
  Institutions are advised to check and ensure that the registration returns and fees have been properly submitted. In cases where a student’s registration number is missing from the portal, the concerned institution must inform JKBOSE within seven days.

• Correction Window Without Penalty:
  Corrections in the registered particulars can be made without any penalty between 01-05-2025 to 15-05-2025.
• Correction Fee After the Deadline:
  After 15-05-2025, a correction fee of Rs. 200 per candidate will be applicable. Corrections can be submitted up to 15-06-2025 with the relevant supporting documents such as the Class 8th Original Marks Card and Checklist mentioning R.R numbers.
• Submission Mode:
  Correction requests must be submitted offline at the Divisional Offices of Jammu and Kashmir or the concerned Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE as per the annexure ‘A’ provided with the notification.

• Responsibility of Heads of Institutions:
  Heads of Institutions must ensure that no correction cases are left unattended. Assistant Secretaries and Incharge Officers will verify and consolidate all correction cases, duly attested by the Head of the Institution, and forward them in both hard and soft copies.
