The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued a circular regarding the online submission of extension case files by affiliated Private Academic Institutions of Kashmir Division, including District Kargil of UT of Ladakh.

- Deadline for Submission: The last date for submission of affiliation case files for further extension is March 31, 2025.
- Mandatory Requirements: Schools must furnish all requisite academic/infrastructural details, safety certificates, and prescribed fee payments via the designated portal www.jkbose.nic.in/affiliation.
- Late Fee Penalty: Institutions failing to submit their case files within the stipulated timeframe will be liable to pay a late fee in addition to the prescribed fee.
- Academic Calendar Update: The circular follows the restoration of the previous academic calendar (November-December session) by the Government.
