JKBOSE Notice: Phase-4th Schedule for Collection of Xerox Copies of Class 12th Answer Scripts (Annual 2025)

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has released the Phase-4th schedule for the collection of Xerox copies of answer scripts for candidates who appeared in the Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Annual (Regular) 2025 Examination.

Important Dates:

• Candidates from District Srinagar can collect their Xerox copies from Secrecy-III, BOSE Bemina Srinagar on 02-06-2025.
• Candidates from other districts must collect their copies from their respective Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE on 03-06-2025.

Collection Venue:

• District Srinagar Candidates: Secrecy-III Section, JKBOSE, Bemina, Srinagar
• Other District Candidates: Their respective Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE

Instructions:

• Only the candidates whose roll numbers are listed in the notification are eligible to collect the Xerox copies.
• Concerned district/tehsil heads are directed to collect the answer scripts and ensure delivery to students through proper receipt.

• The ITSS Cell has been directed to upload the notice on the JKBOSE official website.
• All Heads of District/Tehsil Offices across Kashmir and District Kargil are responsible for collecting the Xerox copies and ensuring distribution to the concerned candidates.
