Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) Revises Document Verification Schedule for various Posts
In a recent notification, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced a revised schedule for the Document Verification (DV) process for candidates falling under the consideration zone for various posts. This update supersedes the previous notification No. JKSSB-COE0EXAM(UT)/14/2024-03 (7461700) dated 09-08-2024.
Revised Schedule and Requirements
Candidates listed in Annexure “A” of the revised notification are required to appear for Document Verification on 22-08-2024 at the designated venues. The DV process is critical, as the Board will scrutinize all documents and certificates to ensure eligibility.
Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with one set of self-attested copies:
1. Copy of Application Form
2. Two passport-size recent color photographs
3. Original photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter Card, Pan Card, or Passport)
4. D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma/Marks card)
5. Valid Category Certificate (for reserved categories)
6. Domicile Certificate
7. Marks Sheet of Matric/Matric with Science
8. Prescribed Qualification/Certificates/Diploma/Experience certificates as per advertisement notifications
9. Bonafide Certificate from the Controller/Registrar of the concerned Institute/Board for candidates with qualifications outside the UT of J&K
10. Checklist sheet/form to be submitted at the time of DV (as per Annexure-C)
11. Order of preferences for various posts/advertisements (as per Annexure-D) in offline mode
Important Notice
Candidates who fail to attend the DV process on the scheduled date will forfeit their right to selection. The Board emphasizes that no further claims in this regard will be entertained.
