Scholarship Overview
The Legrand Empowering Scholarship Program is designed to assist girls, differently-abled students, LGBTQ+ individuals, Covid-affected students, and those with single parents or orphans. The scholarship supports students enrolled in B.Tech., B.E., B.Arch., and other undergraduate degrees in Finance and Sciences, including B.Sc., B.Com., and B.B.A.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
– Must be a girl, differently-abled girl, LGBTQ+ student, Covid-affected student, or student with single parents or orphans.
– Should have secured admission in a relevant undergraduate program in India.
– Must have passed Class 12 in the academic year 2023-24.
– Girl students must have achieved at least 70% in Classes 10 and 12, while special category students need a minimum of 60%.
– The family income from all sources should be less than INR 5,00,000 per annum.
Awards and Benefits
– For Girl Students: Up to 60% of course fees, capped at INR 60,000 per year, will be provided based on academic performance.
– For Special Category Students: Up to 80% of course fees, capped at INR 1,00,000 per year, will be awarded based on academic performance.
