- Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre in Level 14 of Pay Matrix (Rs.144200 to Rs. 218200) or equivalent. or
- With three years of regular service and regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 13 of the Pay Matrix (Rs. 123100 to Rs. 215900) or equivalent.
